In addition to the regular walk programme we organise coach trips to walks not local to Chorley. A long walk is chosen, for example The Coast to Coast Walk which is split into sections and a section is completed every first Saturday of the month. A coach is organised to take the group to the starting point of each section and meets the group at the end of the section. These events need to be booked as there is a limit to the numbers imposed by the number of seats on the coach. There is a cost for the hire of the coach. Walkers who finish all stages of a walk will receive a certificate of completion.

At present the coach group is working its way through the North Wales Pilgrims Way route.

We ask members to include a month in the on-line bank reference to specify the walk that their payment represents.
